General Manager

Chris brings 12 years of industry experience to his role as GM of Rex Doors and Trim. He began his career with North America’s leading manufacturer and distributor of MDF mouldings and Masonite interior doors, excelling as the Ontario Key Account and Business Development Manager. Chris is driven by a commitment to providing a positive customer experience, which guides his daily decision-making and beliefs. Instilling this philosophy in his team is crucial to the future success of the business. In his spare time, Chris is an avid NFL fan and enjoys golfing.

Franca Scola

Operations Manager

With over 30 years of experience in the residential construction industry, Franca has gained extensive knowledge in administrative procedures, management communication, and the industry’s inner workings.

As she transitioned to a project management role, this added leadership responsibly to her experience. Specifically, she gained a deeper understanding of project management principles and would also oversee various levels of residential construction projects.

Franca’s career journey showcases her dedication, expertise, and ability to thrive and to grow in the dynamic environments of residential construction. This experience is a wonderful foundation for the door and trim business.
